Course Cancellation and refund

All cancellations and transfers must be advised in writing for Courses, or by telephoning for class cancellations. Charges for cancellations and transfers will be applied, as stated below, to cover our fixed cost commitments and administration costs.

More than 21 days prior to the course start date:

  • Cancellation with no charge and transfers permitted.

7-20 days prior to the course start date:

  • Cancellations – 80% refund of Course fee for Participants and NDIS Participants
  • Transfers – permitted if availability and enrolment criteria are met

1-6 days prior to the course start date:

  • Cancellations – 20% refund of Course fee for Participants and NDIS Participants
  • Transfers – permitted if availability and enrolment criteria are met

NDIS Participants “No Show”

Cancellation of a class or “No Show” for classes for NDIS Participants are charged a booking fee – equal to the value of the support fee for that class;

  • Any cancellation or No show that occurs 24 hours or more before the scheduled class time by the NDIS participant will be charged the support fee for that class.
  • More than three (3) cancellations of classes or three (3) no shows in a term, The Hub in Phillip reserve the right to cancel future course enrolments.

Cancellation of Courses and Workshops by L’Arche Genesaret Inc

As soon as payment has been received you are entitled to attend the course that was paid for. The courses are held on the times advertised on the website. L’Arche Genesaret reserve the right to cancel courses if minimum number requirements are not met 7 (seven) days prior to the commencement of any course or workshop. Full refund as per the cancellation policy will be made to the enrolled participant.
